Thoughts on my PPLPP routine ?
Any feedback on my 5 day a week routine would be great! I do push on T/F, pull on W/Sat, and Legs on Sunday. Since I only have one leg day a week, I do a little quads and calves on my Wednesday pull day, but no extra hamstrings since they always take a week to recover for me despite only a couple of sets.
For context, I’m currently a 27M 185lbs bulking to 200 (never been over 195). Always been a skinny guy most of my life, but I’ve been training for a few years now and went from 150-160s up to 180s. Lately I’ve been training in reps of 12-20 as my goal is hypertrophy. I also tend to favor dumbbells over barbells. I am really trying to train my delts and upper chest more as those areas were really lacking for me.
Any other questions just lmk, but I appreciate any critiques or feedbacks that you think would help me get to 200!
