Does anyone take long rests
So I’ve been goin HAM for the past 2 and half months, I’ve posted on here before. I do Swimming and lifting. I’ve made some major gains and I’m rely happy. For the past 2 weeks I haven’t been able to get progress on lifting heavier weights. I heard that it’s takes 4-5 days for muscles to fully recover. I’m wondering if I should take a week off and see if I can go heavier. Does anyone ever take a week off?
