Considering XReal One Pro for Portable Productivity – Worth It or Should I Wait?
Hello!
I’m a software engineer and do a lot of coding, often working away from my desk and relying on multiple screens. Currently, I use a portable monitor, but the hassle of setting it up makes me procrastinate tasks that require it sometimes. This is the main reason I’m considering pre-ordering the XReal One Pro.
I watched a review of the XReal Air 2 Pro, where the reviewer noted a jittery screen and narrow FOV. The One Pro supposedly fixes the jitter with the X1 chip and has a wider FOV. But I’m not sure if the difference in FOV is actually significant. Since I’ve never tried XR glasses before, I have no frame of reference to judge how big of a deal this is.
Would the XReal One Pro be a good fit for my use case, or is there a better option in XR glasses? Or would it be wiser to wait for the technology to mature a bit more?
I know they’re not out yet, but I assume feedback can be given based on the XReal One. Any insights, especially from devs, would be appreciated!
Thanks!
