Observing this random loading issue on ZZZ PC version

So while playing ZZZ on PC, I get this random loading/refresh screen. What happens is the game will not respond to any of my input for 1 or 2 seconds, and then above screen will popup for around 2 to 3 seconds. After this the game will continue as usual.

This keeps happening frequently, like during battle or even during normal exploration, and is very annoying.

Is anyone facing same issue ?

My pc specs: CPU: Ryzen 7700x Graphic: 4060 RAM: 32GB
