If Astra YAO replaces Nico, will Zhu Yuan's drive disk require any adjustments?

For example, previously, since Nico provided a 15% crit rate, Zhu Yuan's average crit rate was around 30-40%.
Additionally, because Nico offered a defense reduction buff, the fifth slot of the drive disk couldn't be allocated to penetration rate.
Now that Astra YAO is here, should the crit rate be pushed to around 50%?
And wouldn't the penetration disk become more advantageous than the attack power disk? (After all, Astra YAO's buff is attack power.)
