Stomach paralysis???

Hi guys, I was on 2.5 mg of the drug for 4 weeks, and just took 3.0 last week (5th week). I’ve have insane bloating and stomach pain so bad that I went to the ER. All my bloodwork, liver and pancreas enzymes were normal but I feel like something is very wrong with me. The doctor did ct scan and just said I was very constipated. It feels like I’ve got a crazy case of heart burn and my stomach looks pregnant. I’ve had my gallbladder removed so thankfully I can remove those issues. I don’t plan on taking the drug again but I’m just wondering if anyone else has felt the same way? If so, what do you do to feel better? Does this sound like stomach paralysis?
