So, uh, how do we handle zombies that keep coming back.
So, to elaborate on what I mean, a regular old zombie, nothing too special, except damage to the brain, doesn't work, at least not permanently. Simply put eventually the zombie will rapidly repair the damage to the brain and its body, the body isn't done well, only enough to keep it from rotting into mush, and it will get back up. This takes time, and just to make this harder, the zombies can adapt because of this to some extent. Most will just go back to normal, but some might warp for better or worse. Hundreds of bone growths to create weird rib armor, a zombie endlessly bleeds spreading its infectious fluids everywhere, a zombie remembers how to use tools, not guns but enough smarts to slash your tires, a zombie becomes a big mass of immortal flesh that grows like a mold, that sort of thing. (The last one is rare AF, so just focus on the normal zombies, if you want you can tackle that horrific nightmare fuel.)
TDLR zombies never stay down, what do you do and why?
