Sharing zwift set-up - how is pairing ?

I am planning on getting a trainer and share the set up with my partner. We will get separate zwift accounts but I am wondering how is the process of pairing (cadence, HRM, zwift play and the trainer)

Is the paring needed every time you switch account? Please someone in the same scenario make me a walkthrough.
