Vacationing as young adults

Hello my sweet, beautiful sapphics 💕

My partner (23NB) and I (20F) are getting married in late-December, and we're planning a honeymoon for early-January (vacation days already approved by our jobs).

We had looked at maybe renting an RV and taking a road trip out west (we live in central Indiana), but they'll only rent to you if you're 25 or older. We also looked at a cruise, but we would both have to be 21, or one of us would have to be 25.

I have flight benefits from where I work (standby tickets for 85-95% off commercial prices), and they would too once we're legally married. The only issue is renting a car once we're at out destination, and they don't have a passport so we can't fly internationally.

What would be a good idea for a solid, week long vacation? We want to go somewhere we've never been, and preferably somewhere that isn't very tourist-y. We enjoy hiking, exploring, and hole-in-the-wall restaurants. Do you guys have any suggestions?

TL:DR, Im 20 and my partner is 23. We're getting married, but our honeymoon plans are being thwarted by our age.
