What should I expect?

New here! I recently had a laparoscopy for endometriosis that shockingly came back clear other than a few paratubal cysts.

My OBGYN is now considering adeno to be the cause of my pelvic pain.

What should I expect from the coming months? I meet with OB tomorrow to discuss. But can anyone give me idea of their life with adeno? How do they formally diagnose? Are there interventions to help with the pain?
