How do I manage my energy levels?
I hear most people say “Time management”. I have the time part figured out, I just can’t bring myself to do everything I need to. If I did push myself to do all that, I think I’d crash out.
I work 32-38hr a week, have 12 credit hours of community college classes and live by myself so no sharing chores.
What do you do? How do you divy to responsibilities? How do you stay on track? How do you maintain energy?
