Is this sketchy?

We got a booking inquiry and the message said this:

“Hi! We are looking for a place tonight - the condo we reserved previously had mold in it. Just wondering how newly remodeled this place is? What kind of remodeling was done? Has there ever been water damage that you know of? Thanks!”

I responded that we just remodeled the home and there hasn’t been any water damage.

They responded…

“Thank you.. my husband has extreme environmental sensitivities, not sure if there is a way for us to check it out? I am fine paying and then checking it out.. would you be able to do a refund if we find any water issues? It’s our honeymoon so we’re super bummed trying to find somewhere that will work! Also, do you live in the area and check the place regularly”
