Airpods pro 2 drop durability

So I literally had gotten the airpods pro 2 on Tuesday. Earlier this weekend I dropped my right bud down an elevator shaft from the 22nd floor all the way below the sc2 floor. I was unable to get it for 2 days and was actually able to get it today. The elevator guy asked me if I could ping it I said doubt it, its most likely dead since its been out the case so long. I still tried to ping it and believe it or not with 3% battery left it was pinging loud asf. It definitely bounced from door to metals on the way down but overall not as much damage to it as you'd think. It still plays perfectly but if you were ever curious how durable the drop test would be for it well it survived a 24fl residential elevator shaft drop.
