Still No Firmware update

Is Apple just lying to me saying that a Update will just happen out of no where? I spoke to one of the techs and (in my opinion) he gave me some bogus steps to follow in order start an update for my APs but nothing happened, it's been going on a week and I can't seem to figure out why “Siri” does not work when the AP’s are paired with the phone but the Siri feature works when the APs are unpaired………..

Apple support dude stated 5B58 is the wrong firmware and my APs need the 5E135 firmware update… has anyone figured it out?
