Is it a Fido Scam?

I have got a call from a number +1-833-632-4255. The person is having African accent. He is telling me that there is an offer for me if I switched back to Fido. This offers is quite good. Also, the most scary part is that they have all my personal information including my date of birth.

What should I do?
