Computer science in algerian unis

Is it worth studying computer science at a university in Algeria? I was initially certain about choosing this path, but now I am unsure. I have been taking online courses and learning about programming and web development, which I enjoy. However, I am uncertain about studying it at a university since the quality of education may not be ideal. Recently, I learned about ENST, which offers a program in tourism that includes some computer science subjects. I find the curriculum appealing, and the location is convenient for me. Now, I am contemplating whether to choose ENST and continue learning computer science on my own or to pursue a computer science degree directly to avoid taking risks.
