Help with my silver dragon

I bought my silver dragon as a starter plant (looked pretty much exactly like this except no yellow tips). I potted it in peat moss, perlite, and maybe some regular potting mix (it’s been about 3 months I can’t remember)

I bought a humidifier and noticed my fuzzy petiole next to it loved it and started a new leaf immediately. However, my silver dragon is still growing suuuuper slow. In 2-3 months, it’s just now growing a third leaf. What is going on with my plant?

I fertilized it last month and will fertilize again this month since it’s summer.

Is there something I’m doing wrong?
