Courtland Windward and Catherine Roswell thoughts?

We are checking out the Courtland Lex (https://www.reddit.com/r/alpharetta/comments/1fxmfvf/courtland\_lex/) based on the great information we got from that post.

Hoping folks can also weigh in on these two as well.

All apartments have something weird about them so not looking for "perfect" just want safe and convenient.

Really appreciate folks helping! It makes this process so much easier if someone can give real examples.
