Got pepper sprayed

so i was going down the boulevard towards the gem lake area and the left lane ends and i had a decent amount of room to move over and when i put my signal light to move some guy started speeding up and so i sped up and got infront of him and he swerved (i know this was my fault) so i threw my hand up as a signal of apology and i already had my window down when he pulled up beside me where i apologized again and he started to yell racist slurs at me (im noticeably hispanic) and i was just taken aback and just looked at him and i then said “that doesn’t really affect me” he then reached down and pulled out a pepper spray gun and just sprayed me and my car just wanted to rant about this cause it was an insane experience and wanted to talk about it.
