Getting rid of the permission prompts on Zepp

Hi. Since last week everytime I open the Zepp app it shows app permissions which I tap ok then another prompt asks to turn on notifications. I don't need or want to turn them on. Do any of you know how I can get the app to stop asking me everytime I open the app? It's a bit annoying. Thanks!
