Return policy

Extremely upset with American eagles new return policy, I am no longer shopping here. I bought 4 baby tees, they were labeled classic fit. I just received them two days ago. I sized up to an X-Large, they fit like a dang small! They are sooo tiny. And the tags were all right at the neck line, which is tight. I took one tag off of one, before trying it on. I had seen some of the posts on here about new return policy. I thought you just needed the tag with the item. Nope. I called both stores near me and customer service. How on earth does a company not accept returns if the customer just received the items, and they still have the tags (one not attached), and receipt, AND it shows very clearly it’s never been worn?!? I’m upset because ae clothing fits me best but I refuse to buy from a company who won’t give you your money back because a tag isn’t attached to the item. Terrible company.
