Lounge access right after upgrade

I have recently (yesterday) upgraded from gold to the platinum. I’m based in the UK but currently in India for holidays. I am due to travel in 3 days and was informed that issuing the new card would take around 5-7 days.

I want to leverage my unlimited lounge access through priority pass and if possible, use the centurion lounge in Mumbai.

I checked my priority pass app and noticed that it’s not been updated to unlimited visits, I was informed that I’d meed the physical card to access the centurion lounge.

Can someone please tell me a workaround on how I can get my pp access and if there’s any way I can get into the centurion lounge without my physical card?
