Cryptic pregnancy?? am i going crazy

I have really bad health anxiety like really bad, and ik it sounds stupid when i’ve typed it all out but i had unprotected sex in september so id be about 7 months pregnant by now, i wasn’t ovulating at the time because i track that quite well but ive heard on tiktok about cryptic pregnancy quite a lot and it freaks me out. I still get my period every month when its predicted and ive took about 5 pregnancy tests all negative. My periods just been a little lighter than usual but i did start the pill which can make them lighter?, and im starting to get pain where my uterus would be but like i think im just imagining it because im stressed?.
