Biggest tone-shift you've seen in anime?

This question just came to me recently because I've been watching Little Busters, and the tone-shift between season one and refrain is crazy. Before it was like a comedy/mystery show with a saddish moment here and there, now it's just straightup depressing.

But anyway, what are the biggest tone-shifts you can remember?
