Drive by download?

Clicked on a website and I got taken to an all white/blank website where my download que thing opened and I hit cancel immediately. Do I have anything to worry about?

Norton 360 is my anti-virus (pre-installed) apparently it's bad so oof

Opera gx is my web browser

Nothing that I can see on my downloads folder

Friend of mine mentioned it might be a packet virus? Said that since it popped up the download que say when you install steam, discord etc on where to place the file it's got the packet on my pc so it's potentially a problem.
