Clicked on a fake email from [email protected]. What do I do?

I got an email on my iPhone from [email protected] saying: "How would you rate your recent service experience?"
I thought that it had said survey.
I was wondering so I clicked Gmail and it said apple support so I wasn't too concerned. I don't have a very secure password so I was wondering if I had possibly gotten hacked. (I now realize that I have 2fa on and it would've sent me a code lmfao). I scrolled to the bottom and clicked the "I did not have my product serviced recently" button.

It brought me to a website that had c.apple.com and then redirected me to a different website but I didn't see that. Once on that website I instantly realized that it is a phishing attempt and did not enter any personal information.
\the website wanted me to fill in some information like my name, address, or do a survey, I can't really remember**
To be fair to me, it did look pretty legit before I had clicked the link.
I have never gotten an apple product serviced by any 3rd party or even by apple before since I live so far away from an apple store.

So what happens now? The only thing I did was open Gmail app on my iPhone 11 and clicked the bottom link that said that I didn't get my device serviced recently. I backed out of the website and Gmail as soon as I could and reported the email as spam. I still have the email in my spam folder if anyone wants to check it out for educational purposes.

I'm scared that something worse might have happened. I'm not too worried about getting IP Logged because my IP leads to somewhere in Kansas most times (I don't live in Kansas) and I have a dynamic IP address. What should I do to make sure that I'm safe?
