The Romeo 5 is being recalled because "The products include a button cell battery which is not in child-resistant packaging as required by Reese’s Law. In addition, the products do not bear the required warnings."

So when your little kids get ahold of your AR-15 without you around, the thing to be concerned with is them getting the battery out of the optic, then eating the battery, because there wasn't a warning. The warning will make it safer.
