Which jacket do you recommend for everyday use in the uk winter?

Hi guys I've been looking at the thorium cerium and atom hoody and not really sure which would be best for UK winter. It will be about 4 degrees Celsius and in Fahrenheit about 39. I will probably use it as a stand alone coat. Thank you
