Yongsan Navy Club (Abandoned) Can we Save it??

Has anyone ever been or served at USAG-Yongsan. This is the navy club with themed decour in 2024. The plan is to turn the base into a large park. If anybody knows if I can get into contact with anybody who knows anybody who I can get into contact with as I know West 8 the Dutch company behind it is responsible for the urban design of the plan. I think the location is honestly really nice at the very top of USAG yongsan near Haebochung village. I think it could be turned into a themed restaurant if they redo the interior and make it look really nice on the inside? As a cafe or restaurant or a museum???
