Will POTS get me kicked out

Long story short I’ve noticed symptoms for a while like not being able to stand for long periods. Especially in hot formations. I’ve been in for 6 years I can still do an acft and pass but recently I moved to Colorado from sea level and the symptoms got so bad I had to go to the doctors.

They’re ordering me a tilt table test and they think it’s definitely a possibility that I have POTS. I’m out of the army in 11 months. Would they kick me out over it?
