What's going on with - The K Mart on Patton?

Entering my second year here and still figuring my way around some parts of town. Been going over to Patton Ave by Louisiana and I keep seeing this giant K-Mart complex that appears to be only function as a way station for utility bucket trucks.

Is there a plan to do anything with that?
