STRESS TEST OBSERVATIONS: Resting EKG : Normal sinus rhythm Blood pressure : normal blood pressure response to exercise Arrythmias: none Chest pain : none Functional Capacity: good STRESS EKG INTERPETATION: 1.) The patient's heart rate response to exercise was normal. Target HR achieved. The patient's blood pressure response to exercise was normal. 2.) ST changes with exercise: 1mm ST segment depression This was noted in the inferior leads and ST depression is horizontal. 3.) EKG was positive for ischemia. 4.) Duke Treadmill score = 4 ; Risk = -10 to +4, MODERATE risk 5.) Recommend exercise nuclear stress test if clinically indicated
