Replacing Ontario Photo Card

As the title says I'm going to replace (not renew) my Ontario Photo ID card tomorrow. I lost it a few summers ago, but it hasn't expired yet.

It says on the website that I just need proof of my legal name and date of birth. I'm assuming that my birth certificate will qualify, but I just want to make sure that's all I need. Sometimes I get confused reading through the list of qualifying documents and I ALWAYS overthink this stuff.
