Any free/cheap therapy places around toronto?

Hello everyone, as the title says I am looking for cheap therapy places (preferably free) around Toronto. Im an immigrant and unfortunately i am not eligible for ohip since I work part time. I am actively looking for full jobs but the market has had a huge impact on my mental health and it is deteriorating constantly. I am also struggling with my sexuality as bisexual and its a nightmare to deal with two issues at once. I wish I could have used therapy with my student insurance but since I graduated and can no longer use it. I am not suicidal but I have extreme mood swings, depression, anxiety and stress.
