Are there any VA/MD/PA Volvo Dealers offering the XC90 PHEVs at the lease deals posted in many parts of the mid-west and eastern seaboard?

I'm willing to drive or ship from one of the other states, but checking here in case someone knows of a dealer in these states that I could reach out to. I usually buy cars in MD because the total always works out cheaper. But this time around, none of the dealers I've contacted are anywhere close to the lease deals being offered farther out, despite having what seems to be lots of cars on the lot.
