Is 20 and 39 a huge age difference?

I'm talking with a guy from new york (i'm from argentina) and he already talks about things like being exclusive and getting tested together.

But again, i'm 20 years old, i'm still in college and he is working in the usa goverment of boarder.

And he is divorced from a woman and he has sons, they are in kenya according to him.

I really think this guy is cute but i don't know if i should date him, maybe he could help me get a job in the IT industry but idk.

What do you guys think?
