Best Portland Park for a Large Event?

I need to reserve a park space for a crafting guild annual event that will take place in summer of 2025. There will probably be close to 100 attendees. We will need parking, a covered space, lots of tables and restrooms nearby. Which park in Portland do you think is the best to fit this criteria? Thanks for your ideas!
