Housplants from UK to Switzerland

Hi everyone, l have a quick question: l like to bring a rubber plant (Ficus Elastica) and birds of paradise (Strelizia) to Switzerland. We are moving our whole household via van and l was wondering what l need to do to be able t bring those plants? I read somewhere that l would need a certificate- how can l apply for it?
