Men of Vancouver, how to you meet Women?

Hi, I am looking for ways to meet and ask girls out. I wouldn't say I like the experience of dating apps; I much rather prefer organic in-person interactions. From what I have noticed, most people in Vancouver don't feel comfortable interacting with strangers. Also, I don't drink alcohol or go clubbing, etc. So, I wonder where I can meet girls in Vancouver. Do you have any ideas?
