UI alignment?

Hello!

I just got that new CMRT Essential Hud and trying to place the gauges on my screen.
My OCD hurts because I can't put speedometer exacly on the center and other things aligned estetically to it.

Is there a way to get a positioning grid of the UI, or some thing to help me position the UI elements?
