Loosin my mind!!!! Pls help :(

NOT MY VIDEO!!!!

I currently use the latest FULL version of cm and csp aswell as pure and sky dream.

All I want is to be able to see rain, the game feels so wrong without weather, plus it just looks so much better with weather imo. Anyway I’ve literally tried everything, I’ve reinstalled everything, triple checked settings, tried debugs but literally nothing works :(

All I want is weather to work and have rain on the road. Hopefully someone has had this problem and knows a fix. Thanks yall so much :))))
