Hygiene tips for those with water overstimulation?

It's very uncomfortable for me to shower or bathe, I have meltdowns it's so bad. I have to force myself to shower, which upsets me even worse. Does anyone have tips to stay "fresh" all day for all types of hygiene?

I hate the way wet skin feels and it's so bad I step out of the shower and just cry. I'm just at a loss because I'm very self conscious about my body odor. I know it's natural, but I've been bullied my whole life for it.

Also, if I skip a shower, I wipe myself down with generic baby wipes. Are actual "shower" wipes worth the money?
