Flores Restaurant for Birthday Celebration

Hi everyone!

Can you please share some recommendations for a nice restaurant to celebrate a birthday in Flores. Below is the list I compiled researching online (in no particular order, however it looks like Por-do-sol is the best option) but I also want to get an input from the locals as well! And would I need to make a reservation in advance (it’ll just be for 2 people)?
