Do you think BABA could announce more stock buybacks in future

I have been holding 1500 BABA shares with an average price of close to 100. I made mistakes buying more whenever it dropped over 2 years now. Looking at HSI and BABA I am scared now how low could it go. If US hedge funds don’t buy BABA and if BABA don’t announce more stock buybacks how many years could it take to go above 100.
