New Neighbors Gift Basket Idea

I just met my new neighbor that moved from Texas with spouse and their dogs. I would like to make a gift basket of “Baltimore” items to welcome them.

So far, I’d like to put in Old Bay and a six pack of beer from Union Craft Brewing. What small items would you add to gift basket?
