Is there a single starting pitcher right now under the age of 33 who has a real chance to make the HOF?

I said 33 cause Gerrit Cole is 33 and I think he's at least got a decent shot with a good career close.

Aaron Nola has the most WAR at 35.6 under that age, but that's mostly carried by one really good 9 WAR season. To get to 60 (usually the low end for a starting pitcher) he'd need to get 20 WAR over his age 32-36 seasons and then accumulate another 5 over the end of his career. He's also only made an all star game once and has had on top 5 Cy Young finish. He's the closest.

Luis Castillo has 24 WAR and he's 31. He'd nee a ridiculous end of career to even be close.

The highest WAR under the age of 30 is Sandy Alacantra with 20 at the age of 28. Logan Webb has 17.5 at 27.

It seems like if a starting pitcher is going to make the hall after the older guys (Scherzer, Verlander, Kershaw, likely Sale, and maybes for Cole/Degrom), standards would need to change fairly significantly.
