How should I sell a large collection?

I have large collection of cards, maybe 30,000, to sell. They are generally 1950's through 1970's, mostly Topps and Bowman, but a few T206 cards, English chicken lids and Esskay meat cards. There are several hundred HOF cards including Jackie Robinson, Roberto Clemente and Mickey Mantle. I'm still looking through them so I probably have more manufacturers.

None are graded and are in boxes. How should I sell them for top dollar? There's too many just to put on Ebay. It seems like the big auction companies want only real valuable cards. Are there any companies that offer pick up?
