I want to see Batman humbled

See the title.

Just once, in a DC crossover, I want Batman to not be the central character. I want the big bad to say, "Ya know what? We keep underestimating the Bat. We always take out Superman, but it's always Batman that ends up ruining our plans. Let's get rid of him first."

So they capture Batman. Like, legit capture him. They chain him up with super unpickable locked chains, stick him in a force cage, whatever.

The brilliant twist? He doesn't escape. He doesn't Batgod his way out. He spends the whole event trying, and failing, to escape until someone rescues him. Just once, the enemy has his number cold.

It would be refreshing. We get to see other heroes get by without the Bat and we get to see the Bat having to depend on others. Forcing him to realize that he needs others and that he can depend on others.

It could be good character growth.
