I Made A Discovery Today

I’m a lifelong Beatles fan in my 60’s and I just discovered that the song Julia from the white album is virtually identical to Look At Me from the Plastic Ono Band album. By the way, Julia has always been my favorite song. Why did it take so many decades for me to find this out?
