Stationary cycling for serious asthmatic
Hi all!
I'm extremely asthmatic but need exercise as I've noticed I've gained some weight lately.
I was given a stationary bike for Christmas so its what i have to work with (running/walking is out as its constantly snowing where i am right now).
I know 10 minutes at a leisurely pace isn't going to do much for my weight but was wondering if you think 5 or 6 sets of 10 minutes spread out through the day will work? If done every day?
